Purchased the product because I am a fan of Philips for its quality but this is the first product I purchased that quiet disappoint me. For few days of usage the prints are already fading away except for the Brand written, but all signs and labels are gone the hot and cold drawings also it doesnt make really cold just as described. It is too hot but not too cold. The child lock for hot button is also a good idea and easy to use plus it has a storage down but it will be more ideal if the storage fits water galon refill
