How bite resistant is the Philips Avent 18M+ soother?

The 18 months+ soother is especially designed for use with older children (18 till 36 months) as it has a firmer silicone nipple than our other soothers. However, the product should not be used as a teether and always be checked by the parent for damages prior to each use.
