In general, there is no need to use any baking paper as all Air Cooker accessories have a non-stick coating. However, baking paper is allowed to be used, especially when making dumplings or buns on Steam or Air Steam setting.
We do not recommend using tin foil (aluminum foil) in the Air Cooker due to possible food contamination
