Why do I see steam escaping my Philips Air Cooker when cooking without steam setting?

It is normal that steam comes out from your Philips Air Cooker when cooking without steam setting. Find more information in the article below.
 

Why is steam coming out

Every ingredient contains its own moisture, and when cooking with higher temperatures, this moisture evaporates.

Also, steam can escape from the steam outlet when you are cooking in without-steam setting. For example when roasting or baking.
