Chicken Doughnuts

  • 5 Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Half an onion
  • 3 slices of white toast bread
  • 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 Cup of bread crumbs
  • Doughnuts Mold (if available)


  • In Philips Onion chef, chop the parmesan cheese finely and set aside in a separate bowl. Then grind the toast bread into crumbs and add to cheese.
  • In Philips Onion chef, mince the chicken then add to the cheese and bread mixture.
  • Replace the blade in the onion chef to the onion blade and basket and chop the onion and garlic together then add to the chicken mixture.
  • Add the vegetable oil, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder to the mixture and combine all ingredients together until mixture is very smooth.
  • Make medium sized balls and then give them the shape of a doughnut using a doughnut mold or by hand.
  • Brush the doughnuts with little vegetable oil and bake in air fryer at 180c for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
