Penne with Spinach Pesto and Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt &pepper (According to Taste)

  • 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 1 Pack of boiled penne pasta
  • Pesto Ingredients
  • 7 Cups of spinach
  • 1/2 Cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of peeled roasted almonds
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt and pepper

  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 
2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 to 3/4 Cup of olive oil

Directions

  • Brush chicken breasts with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper then place in Philips air fryer for 20 minutes on 180c, then set aside.
  • In Philips food processor place spinach, almonds, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and lemon juice, Start processing then add olive oil gradually until all mixture comes together and forms a thick paste.
  • Add the spinach pesto to pot and heat. Add boiled pasta and mix until well combined.
  • Cut Chicken Breast into slices and place it on top of the pasta. Serve hot.
