Cleaning the soleplate of your steam generator

Clean the appliance with a moist cloth. You can use a small amount of washing liquid to remove difficult stains.

To remove stains easily and effectively from the soleplate, switch on the appliance and let it heat up. When the appliance has heated up, move the iron over a moist cloth while you press the steam trigger (see image below).
Tip: Clean the soleplate regularly to ensure smooth gliding.
